About Me: Who am I? What is Powerful Rose Souls? Why Am I here?
Hello! My name is Samantha, and I go by Samantha Marie. I am the founder of Powerful Rose Souls: a healing & self-growth community, a space dedicated to helping you reclaim your power, embrace your authenticity, and transform your life.
My journey hasn’t been easy, and like many, I’ve faced challenges that left me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my true self. But I spent years navigating healing and self-growth, trying new tools, modalities, practices and mindset shifts. Trying to figure out what worked, what didn’t and what I could do better. I did this alone and I don’t want anyone else to have to do it alone.
(I recovered from an ED, healed from an abusive relationship, healed much of my generational trauma ( and continue to do so), learning about and managing my Au-DHD & OCD, Anxiety & Depression, regulating my Nervous System, dealing with and managing my chronic pain & other issues, such as PPD, PMDD, etc. I am by no means fully ‘healed’. I believe the healing, learning, and growing is a journey. I just have hit a point in my life where I am feeling capable, completely blessed and grateful, and am living the life of my dreams) (Sharing my issues so that you know my past and what I have been through, in case you relate)
Through self guided efforts of learning to love and accept myself, healing, mindset shifts, and more, I rediscovered my inner strength, reconnected with my authentic self and built the life of my dreams-and now, I’m here to help you do the same.
