But I spent years navigating healing and self-growth, trying new tools, modalities, practices and mindset shifts. Trying to figure out what worked, what didn&#8217;t and what I could do better. I did this alone and I don&#8217;t want anyone else to have to do it alone.<\/p>\n<p>(I recovered from an ED, healed from an abusive relationship, healed much of my generational trauma ( and continue to do so), learning about and managing my Au-DHD &amp; OCD, Anxiety &amp; Depression, regulating my Nervous System, dealing with and managing my chronic pain &amp; other issues, such as PPD, PMDD, etc. I am by no means fully &#8216;healed&#8217;. I believe the healing, learning, and growing is a journey. I just have hit a point in my life where I am feeling capable, completely blessed and grateful, and am living the life of my dreams) (Sharing my issues so that you know my past and what I have been through, in case you relate)<\/p>\n<p>Through self guided efforts of learning to love and accept myself, healing, mindset shifts, and more, I rediscovered my inner strength, reconnected with my authentic self and built the life of my dreams-and now, I&#8217;m here to help you do the same.<\/p>\n<p>Through powerful Rose Souls, I offer coaching and guidance, handmade healing bracelets, oracle cards (coming soon), and empowering resources designed to support you on your journey of self-discovery and growth.
