I am really fascinated by how something so random as a deck of cards can provide accurate guidance and advice.
When performing a reading I primarily base it on my knowledge and understanding of the tarot system, how it works, and its symbolism. I use my intuition and the technique of Conceptual blending.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT TAROT…
I see the tarot as the book of life, it has the ability to reflect back at us things we might be missing out on or that we refuse to look at in the context of our situation/problem.
It walks us through the different stages of life and is a useful tool to explore one’s unconscious mind and the surrounding energies.
It makes the unconscious conscious and reveals different possibilities.
Tarot cards either clarify, interconnect, or amplify what already exists in the mind and bring forth awareness.
Tarot can show possible paths based on one’s actions, choices, feelings, and thoughts, it is particularly good for spotting the patterns and showing a way we can overcome our challenges.
It’s excellent as a tool for gaining deep insight and sparkling new ideas or unusual solutions to our questions. It helps us think outside the box, so to say!
